Terrible customer service today. The woman at the front desk was incredibly miserable. When I tried to collect a parcel for an alternative property I own, she refused my driving licence and demanded proof of address. When I handed over a separate statement to prove it, she actually lectured me about how the police would give me a "massive fine" if I got pulled over with two addresses. Unbelievably rude, unprofessional, and uncalled for.
I called into DHL for help getting our baby blanket back from Gran Canaria. Shay was amazing. He spent so much time and effort trying his best to help me, and I really appreciate his patience and dedication. I’m confident that he will find a way to get the blanket back.
Thank you Shay for going above and beyond. You are a credit to DHL.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ A Wonderful Experience at DHL Express
Today I had an experience that truly deserves to be shared and recognised.
Before arriving at DHL Express, I had visited two smaller locations that also offer DHL services, similar to stationery or convenience shops. However, it was only when I arrived at DHL Express that I finally found the service and support I truly needed.
I had the pleasure of being assisted by Barbara, an absolutely wonderful professional. In addition to speaking Portuguese, which made such a huge difference for me, she treated me with exceptional kindness, patience, attention and a genuine willingness to help.
I had a shipment containing many items and needed to complete several details on the form, including product descriptions, values and the address. While I was filling everything in, Barbara and her team did not simply stand by and wait. They immediately started organising everything, put on their gloves and carefully began preparing my shipment so that the whole process could move along as smoothly and efficiently as possible.
The service I received was filled with care, efficiency and, above all, humanity.
When someone sends a parcel, that box often contains much more than just objects. Inside there may be memories, gifts and important belongings being sent to people who are far away. That is why being assisted by people who genuinely care about the things that are important to us makes such a difference.

What happens if no one is available to receive my parcel?
If there is no one available to accept the parcel, our DHL Express courier will usually leave a calling card at the address informing the receiver that they have tried to deliver a parcel. The receiver can then either collect the parcel from their local DHL Express Service Point or arrange another delivery. If they arrange another delivery, this can be to an alternative address.
