The two post office staff I just met at strathmartine were so unbelievably hostile I returned a parcel delivered by EVRI which was already processed for return because it didn’t fit. First the man staff declined to take the parcel in a rather very unfriendly manner because the QR code wasn’t coming on probably due to network. His refusal wasn’t the issue it was his manner of dismissal that was so unfortunate
I returned a second time when the QR code came up and the lady staff after scanning the code declined to take the parcel stating I must return the parcel in the carrier bag it came with all my explanations that the carrier bag was used to deliver other 3 items which I should her and the fact that the item sought to be returned was in it original sealed bag she refused to take the parcel. Meanwhile on Wednesday just two days ago I returned items to SHEIN in the plastic sealed bag they came in and was accepted by the very friendly lady who attended to me that day after scanning the QR code

This is, without question, the worst experience I have ever had at a post office. The staff consistently display an unprofessional, dismissive, and unhelpful attitude, particularly when dealing with parcel services. One staff member in particular is notably unfriendly and unapproachable, contributing to an overall atmosphere that is both uncomfortable and unwelcoming.
Customer service should be grounded in professionalism, courtesy, and a genuine willingness to assist customers standards that are clearly not being met at this branch. The level of service provided is wholly unacceptable.
I would strongly advise others to avoid this post office, and I intend to escalate this matter further through the appropriate channels.

Worst post office services I've ever experienced... My boyfriend also struggled once with a return of his Adidas order and neither him neither me will ever go there ever again!
