When I asked if she could just take my parcel, she said they were just doing a change over and had to count the money. Nothing happened for 5 minutes, then she sat down with a cuppa. “I thought you were changing over” I said. “I’m on my break now@ she said. COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL!!
