Shared that "only a few of us are trained", given there was only me and one other person in the shop I'm unsure why he couldn't have helped given he was trained. Provided advice that when open they wouldn't be able to accept my parcel as it was too large for the scales. Went to Knaphill who are SUPER helpful, and used the exact same scales?! Don't waste your time making the journey.
