They need to give proper training to their staff. Staff has no idea what sort of documentation is accepted and not. Visited today to get my ID verified for my DBS and staff wanted me to get a verified bank statement from Monzo bank and wanted me to go their branch to get it tested and upon telling that Monzo is an online bank and doesn’t have high street branches his reply was I don’t care and that wasn’t polite either. Wasn’t willing to talk to customer service member from DBS team to say it was an acceptable document. Not helpful or supportive at all just rude

Hadn’t been in for a very long time & needed to use counter for sending a parcel. The counter clerk was very polite yet friendly. Told me the relevant information & all was done very quickly..
Also needed to buy a card & newspaper etc.so went to other side & received equally good service from the gentleman who was just as friendly & helpful.
It looks great inside too so a good experience all round. By the way, the variety if cards is amazing.
