They get a star purely because they provide a postal service when we don’t have many left in local area! Why can’t they make an effort with the shop, absolute mess, empty shelves, filthy inside and out, and selling complete tat! Why do you not care anymore?? Makes me sad every time I go in that I had to review in case managers were listening!

When your parcel gets lost expect to be pushed from pillar to post with post office pushing you to royal mail (DIFFERENT COMPANIES) as for claiming against insurance you have on the lost parcels good luck! YOU will be on the phone for hours! And when I complained was told "48hrs does not mean 48hrs "that is a quote.

1 star is generous!
How on earth this has got +3 stars (at time of review) is beyond me.
The lady is rude - she needs to realise she’s in a customer facing role. The shop is a mess. Parcels all over the place - no surprise parcels go missing.
The shelves are half empty.

I am a daily visitor of this Post Office branch and can hand on heart say that the people who run the Post Office are some of the kindest people I have ever met.
They are always happy to help answer any questions and are happy to give advice on posting your items, should you need it.
The shop is stocked with a good variety of packaging goods along with a large selection of drinks and snacks.
Would highly recommend this Post Office branch to anyone!
