Easily the worst service I’ve experienced at this post office, and sadly not for the first time.
I came in for a simple return and was the only person waiting. Another customer walked in after me, pushed straight ahead, and when I said I was next, he started shouting at me.
What’s truly appalling is that the staff stood there and did absolutely nothing while I was being screamed at. No attempt to manage the queue, no effort to step in, no concern whatsoever. Just blankly watching it happen. It was lazy, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.
No customer should ever be left to deal with aggressive behaviour alone while staff ignore it. That’s not just bad service, it’s a complete failure of basic responsibility.
This isn’t even an isolated incident—service here is consistently slow, disorganised, and lacking any sense of customer care. At this point it’s clearly a pattern, not a one-off.
Avoid this place. There are far better options where you’ll be treated with basic respect.

The actual post office part of this shop is a drag, the clerks are rude and speak little English, and they take long to process any orders, meaning lines are long. The actual amenities and groceries in the store are also not a great selection and you could buy most of this for cheaper from other stores on the same road. Don't bother.
