The old guy with glasses and white hair is extremely rude. He overcharges people too. I asked him to send my parcel via Evri but he shipped via royal mail and overcharged it. When I reported their behaviour, they lost my parcel on purpose. Over a week passed, they still keep it and did not post it.

I visited this post office in December 2019, and the experience has stayed with me ever since. I asked a simple question—whether this was the main Sutton post office—but the manager responded in a way that felt unnecessarily harsh and uncomfortable. He spoke loudly, used exaggerated gestures, and appeared visibly frustrated, all in front of other customers.
At the time, I felt that he may have assumed I could not speak English well, which made the situation more upsetting. The interaction left me feeling embarrassed and disrespected.
I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but I believe customers should always be treated with basic respect. I hope this feedback is taken into account to improve the customer experience.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. Drivers are falsely marking deliveries and forging signatures, which is illegal and constitutes a felony. I am deeply frustrated with their incompetence.
