I came in with a simple request, but from the beginning I felt a lack of willingness to help from the staff. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive the assistance I was expecting, and the overall experience was disappointing.

Please ignore Saturday opening times as stated online, opens at 9 am not 7. Would it be too much trouble to update the online times? I guess so. But, you know, I love wasting my Saturday mornings only to find out they are shut. Got some fresh air and my morning steps in I suppose. Winner winner chicken dinner :(

I wanted to leave a quick note of appreciation for Janet. No matter how busy the post office is, she is always smiling and ready to help. Her friendly attitude makes a huge difference to my day.

DO NOT GO HERE!! Their scales read up to 20% high and they scam you by saying you have to pay more for the extra weight of your parcel which is a complete lie. If you are unfortunate enough to have to go please please please weigh your parcels at home first and do not let them get away with this.
