Opening times never correct, it's always hit and miss as to if it's open or not. So many wasted journeys as they can't update a simple website. Staff are slow and often make mistakes. Only ever 1 till open so huge queues.

I spent 45 min in the queue as 2 of 3 counters were closed ( with staff in all of them). When I asked why would take so long she replied that was due to xmas time. No actually it was due to only one person working on the busiest time of the wear. I hate going to this post office

Allow all your lunch break to get used up waiting in the queue super slow staff which makes a really depressing day. Only one member of staff works at a time other staff relax in the back ( maybe get rid of all not used counters as you they never have all counters used) will help to make customers feel like not all lazy
