Couldn’t go to my normal lovely post office in Egham, had to use this one. What a contrast! Woman serving was expressing how glad she was that the PO lockers were broke as it meant more business for them. If you had a friendly disposition rather than the hostile one you currently emit customers would rather use your services. From my experience the cold metal boxes seemed much more appealing. I actually felt more of a nuisance than a customer.

This is so odd. Every time i use this post office my item goes either missing or takes forever to get delivered. They need a serious investigation i think.

If possible I would give 0 stars because this was the worst post office I’ve ever been too, absolutely horrible people working behind the counters, so rude! I will never go there ever again.
