Don’t waste your time going here, no matter how convenient it may be, the man behind the counter is always unprofessional, unhelpful and rude.
I had a parcel to return with only two small dresses in a box that was 40cmx30cmx10cm in dimension and he flatly refused to take it, saying he had no room to store it. I said it would fit easily in one of the postal sacks but he said he had no space. I said I wanted it sent that day special delivery so it dis not need storing but he would not agree.
The shop is also only open between the hours of 10:30am to 2:30pm.which is totally pointless to many customers.

Today 8th of Jan 26,I was trying to send a parcel to UK address but the staff member at the counter spoke to me in a dismissive and rude manner. Their tone and response were unprofessional and made the interaction very uncomfortable. I expect respectful service and hope this feedback helps improve customer interaction.

Consistently rude and unhelpful. Have been refused service because a pair of shoes was too big for them to store, even though it fit in (only half full) the delivery bag and I could see plenty of room for them to sit in the shop for one day. So glad I'm moving out of the area so I don't have to rely on this post office ever again.

Very surprised and sad to read some of the reviews as my own experience has been completely positive. I find the owners charming and helpful. For example they recently went above and beyond to kindly assist me with producing a last minute package for next day delivery. Their young grandson even helped to serve me with stationery purchases, which was delightful. I choose to use this post office above all others. It has crossed my mind that the proprietors may wish to retire, which might be why the opening hours are restricted but rather hope they do not yet, as I'll miss them and Kew will lose a valued asset.
