I have nothing but praise for our post office, I can not fathom the negative comments. I have received nothing but great service, help and support always with a smile. The staff are very engaging specially thanks to husband and wife team who are always a pleasure to see and so helpful. Well done all, thank you for being our post office 10 out of 10

The younger man who works here is extremely rude and has on two occasions tried to overcharge me. Once when buying euros and today when sending a recorded delivery letter. He tried to overcharge me by £6. Fortunately I knew how much it should be and challenged the amount. His customer service is appalling.

The man serving on the right counter was aggressive and hostile, turning a simple enquiry into an upsetting scene raising his voice an being completely unkind. Disgraceful service, will never use this branch again
