I always enjoy visiting Morden Post office because of the fantastic young man who works in that store called Parth. Consistently, whenever I visit I see Parth's outstanding customer service skills. Parth is always friendly, cheerful, polite and wonderfully helpful – to everyone, it's really not on and off, it's every single time. Not only that, Parth even anticipates customers' needs in advance and helps them even more. For example, he obviously sees many customers rushing in on Saturday to get their packages and letters out before closing time and Parth helps them to do that too helping to find the correct size envelope etc. He could just be stood there with a long face utterly unhelpful, but instead he is a ray of sunshine, it is such a rare quality these days, it really makes a difference, very well done to Parth, thumbs up up and up! PS. The other employees at that post office are very nice and helpful too.
