- PCPrabin Chaudharytoday1.0Today i went to deposit cash . There is a young lady . At first I gave her £150 by cash transfer for that. She took the money inside the room and takes long time and then came back outside saying, ‘There’s only £130, count it yourself.’ Obviously it would show £130 after she took it inside and did whatever there. But why did she need to take it inside to count it? Shouldn’t she have counted it at the front desk? Only 130 was deposited. Worst experience ever .

I am quite a shy person and this often makes it difficult to interact with others. The young lady who assisted me was just lovely. She explained the various prices contingent upon how fast it would take to arrive in Canada. I was just really nervous because my Mother is over 85 years old and I just wanted to ensure that everything was done correctly. I just really want to thank her for her patience and understanding. It is nice to see someone with such high levels of compassion.
