Utterly unacceptable experience. First of all, their google maps details said they close at 5:30, but upon arriving they suddenly decided they were closing at 4:30 that day. Secondly, I got there at around 4:25, and they made me wait by the till until 4:30 (they were hiding in the back) before getting to me and telling me they were closed since it was 4:30 (and apparently their whole computer system stops working as soon as it hits 4:30???)
I ended up having to plan my next day around returning, and while that trip was more successful, it was no more pleasant. If possible, avoid this location, knowing their reputation they'll probably be randomly closed.

Incompetence at its finest. Long waits, zero communication, and staff who literally do not know how to do their jobs. After waiting 30m most of had to leave because the clerk couldn't figure out how to scan and send a simple parcel. A total circus. Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy wasting your time - would give 0 stars if I could.

Worst post office in Guildford. The computer is either broken, not enough staff or some other random excuse to keep it closed. Dont go there ever!

The employees here do not want to work during their working hours, and on top of that, they are rude to customers, throwing them out instead of working.
