If i could give less than 1 star i would. Staff were rude and argumentative. DPD supplied us with a returns label as said to return via this store. Initially without weighing the box we were told it was too heavy and could not be posted to which they had signage showing the weight a dimensions accepted and my parcel was well within the acceptable limits. I pointed this fact out and the response was ''we can not be bothered to find someone in the store to keep this until it is picked up'' Very rude staff with no care to help, Laughing in our faces at the fact they refused to do a service which is advertised by them. I have submitted complaints to both DPD & the Post Office themselves.
