- HSHarry SpillerMay 19, 20262.0Interior is shabby and looks put together in the cheapest possible way with plastic instead of a paint job. Primary issue is there’s always ONE staff member while the queue snakes out of the door. Often there may be another staff member in the booth not operating the till even if busy. Especially awful as usually each customer takes about 5 minutes to process. Expect to wait at least 15 minutes even if you have something as simple as an Amazon return. The staff are friendly and obliging when you reach them so I do not mean to leave a bad review but due to the wait times the overall experience is Truly dreadful.

After trying to renew my driving licence for over a week on the broken government DVLA website I decided to go down to the post office. They had my picture taken and form done within 10 minutes! In this age of badly designed websites and nonsensical AI bots it’s nice you can go down and talk to a real competent person.

One counter opened to serve one lady and then promptly shut, no explanation no willingnesd for improving customerservice.so with only 1 person it was takkng so long
