I don’t honestly understand why the couple who work here have a job where they need to interact with other human beings when they quite clearly cannot stand any other members of the human race. The man is especially rude and will shout unsolicited abuse at customers. It is a mystery as to how they have any customers left as I certainly will be taking my custom elsewhere.

- NRNicole ReidDec 17, 20251.0someone in front of me was collecting a parcel and had no id and they let him collect his parcel. i was behind him and had no id either but they wouldn't let me collect my parcel without it… he and i were a different race… there would be no other reason not to let me collect mine except a race thing. theyre also have bad customer service.
