Service and queues much worse since it has been run by a franchisee - no longer a "Crown" Post Office! Doesn't open until 9.30 on a Tuesday, despite staff milling around inside.

Staff on till was very rude and dismissive to elderly gentleman, completely unnecessary, zero customer service skills and almost aggressive attitude and disdain towards customer. Certainly an eye opening experience...AVOID
