Location is easy to access due to the Post Office being inside Co-Op (Addiscombe). However, I would only use this Post Office as a last resort. Staff are extremely rude and arrogant. They do not treat customers fairly and often show favouritism based on personal characteristics. I would avoid this place and go to another Post Office - such as Morland Road or Central Croydon.

Lazy, miserable and unhelpful. An embarrassingly poor service.

What's terrible is that you know 3 people work here. But you never see them all working at the same time. I'd be curious to know if 3 people are meant to be in or if royal mail believes a post office can be run on 1 person..

Appalling lack of management, manners and staff. One woman appears to work on her own on Saturday morning and Tuesday afternoon, pressumably because the rudeness she applies to customers is also applied to staff, if anyone is prepared to work with her.
On Saturday 14th March at 30 minutes before half-day closing time there were 20+ customers waiting to be served by Her Royal Highness. 10 minutes later there were 30+ customers waiting. I gave up and bought stamps from co-op cashier. Today, Tuesday 17th March, Amazon said I could return an item to them via this Post Office. I arrived at about 4.30 pm to find one customer in the queue in front of me 30 minutes before closing closing time. Her Royal Highness decided to stop serving customers and sort out mountains of letters and parcels behind the counter and carry out necessay admin. so that they could be collected by postman who arrived 10 minutes later. When I got to the front of the queue with my item to be returned to Amazon, having completed my admin on line 2 hours earlier, she told me that the Post Office could not accept anything for Amazon because Amazon had not sent the necessary stationery. She omitted to say when Post Office staff had requested such stationery.
She referred me to a 6"× 6" notice giving just a door number and street name, no business name, and no postcode saying that Amazon business should be taken there. I asked her where that was and she said she did not know andcI would have to search for it on Google. Since it was 4.45 pm I asked her what time it closed, she said she did not know, "because she did not live around here". I suggested that a complete address might help her customers to find it. A complete waste of time and space! The post office was not much better.
