I visited Caterham on the Hill Post Office today and was served by a young woman who appeared to be from India or a similar background. Unfortunately, the service I received was very poor. She was quite rude and lacked basic courtesy, which made the experience very unpleasant. People like her shouldn't be allowed to work in customer service, as it reflects poorly on the business. I hope management addresses this issue to ensure customers receive the respect and service they deserve.
