Farm Road Post office saying it’s nothing to do with them and to speak to Royal Mail direct even though the mistake is Farm Road? The number you call for Royal Mail never gets answered so our only option has been to use a genuine Post Office who accepts there responsibility… Own up to your mistake Farm Road and take ownership of your problems this parcel was for someone very ill right now so the importance to us personally was enormous and you have failed us on every level . I’m a local resident to this Post Office and will never be using there services ever again I’m appalled that inexperienced owners of this shop can be selling postal services with no real knowledge or responsibility for what there doing… just letting you all know avoid if you don’t want to be let down
