Don’t be fooled by the sign on the door. There is no post office to be found here…just a position closed sign.

Closed again today. It really isn't worth coming here in the hope that it's open. Better to close it completely.

Closed for no reason during opening hours, staff unbothered. Don't waste your time visiting.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this Post Office branch today.
I attended to post a parcel and was waiting my turn in the queue with my six-year-old son. I was holding both my parcel and his school project while waiting patiently. During this time, another customer approached from the shop side of the counter and was served before me, despite me clearly being next in line.
When I politely said, “Excuse me, I was here first,” the customer told me to “chill out” and began arguing with me in front of my child. The situation escalated unnecessarily, and my son became frightened and asked me to call the police. As the man left the shop, he called me “stupid,” which further distressed my child.
What I found most concerning was that no effort was made by staff to clarify the queue system, manage the situation, or de-escalate the confrontation — particularly given that a young child was visibly upset. Customers with children should feel supported and safe in what is an essential public service.
I hope the branch reviews its queue management and staff response procedures to prevent similar incidents in future.
