There are a couple of unhelpful staff at this branch. I showed her the QR code that was generated by Royal Mail for parcel drop off on my phone. Sometimes you just need to try scanning a few times for it to work. But instead of that, she told me they don't take QR code from Royal Mail and refused to try scanning. Another time, I needed to buy a postal order. A different lady serviced me and she said they run out of them and said delivery comes next Monday. But it was not true. Because I went back right away to buy some stamps that I forgot to. A gentleman serviced me and while he was flipping over his folder for stamps, I saw LOADS OF postal order cheques in the folder.

Always seems to be closed - closed today (Saturday) at 12.10, closing time advertised as 12.30. Will stick to using Nork post office in future - super helpful and always open when they say they are!

Website states closes at 4.45 weekdays but that is never the case, they always leave early. This has been going on for ages. They don't care.

I had a very frustrating experience at this post office. I came to collect my parcel and showed the collection code, but the staff member refused to give me my package. She said her system was showing an error and, after scanning the code, she somehow released the parcel in the system without actually handing it to me.
Now the courier believes the parcel has been collected, while in reality I never received it, which has created a serious problem for me.
What made the situation worse was the attitude of the employee. She was extremely unhelpful and quite rude, behaving as if she was doing me a favour by serving me at all. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, she simply refused to help.
This post office is also very often closed during the hours when it should be open. On many occasions I have come during the advertised opening hours only to find it closed.
Overall, this was a very disappointing and unprofessional experience.
