- SASan AhmedJul 3, 20201.0Abysmal service here as I am shocked at the racial profiling that took place yesterday. My friend who is a woman of colour was treated wrongfully by the staff at the cash register whom continued to harass her because my friend wanted to get her money from her car and would not let her leave. It is very unfortunate this place of work treat their customers with such prejudice and do not understand the impact this can have on a persons mental health as my friend left the post office having a panic attack. This is really not on and I urge this post office to train and educate their staff on their biases.

Perhaps that should start off with 'good morning', 'please' and 'thank you' and when they've mastered that, they could not do better than to hang out in the Otley Post Office for a day to see what the words 'charm', 'service' and 'community' mean.
