- TRTina RoslynAug 10, 20251.0Should be no stars but unable to do. What a terrible post office this is now. Whenever you go there is always a wait to be served, usually because no staff about. When they eventually come to the desk there is always a problem. This latest time was that they had no Amazon bags, previously no one's could use the system. I've also had return to Amazon parcels go missing from here. I have no idea how they keep running as a post office. The management needs to assess the staff ability and the system they have in place for offering services they cannot process. Would not recommend.

If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.

If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
