Really bad experience, there was one business counter open, I was waiting 20 minutes, no one served me, business customer comes to serve, she then served someone waiting behind me, which I thought was bad customer service considering I was waiting for a while, I would I given it 0 stars if that was an option, I won’t be using this post office again!!

Easy to access for wheelchair and mobility scooter users, though does feel a little tight where you queue and turn. Unfortunately they have no lowered counters, but I would say they are about chest height when sitting in a mobility scooter, so if you need to fill out paperwork you may need to stretch or fill it out in a different area. Have always had friendly interactions with the staff.

I have had great service from this post office, until recently.
I was trying to send a form to the DVLA and had a query about it. To my amazement the staff member informed me that since becoming a part of WH Smith, they are no longer able to give advice regarding DVLA forms. I am not at all happy about this situation, but do realise that the staff are only following guidelines. I was told that to get FULL post office service I would have to travel to Bungay! Is there no end to the madness that has crept into our world...................
