  Called in today to the post office to pay my BT bill and withdraw some cash, the guy was very cocky and cheeky for no reason. Certainly won't be returning to the store in the future.

  I had to return a Amazon item, it was very early in the morning so I checked Google. Two post offices came up this being the first. I saw the star rating and thought that's not a problem I've only got to return a item! Staff on site was very helpful and gave me directions to another post office around the corner because this post office isn't open until the afternoon! I understand that the post office and store are run by different people or staff but as a business owner myself it doesn't take much to change your opening times. Now I know not to waste my time not that it's the person's fault but just let people know.

  Dreadful worst experience ever, the post clerk was terrible, royal mail should hire people who can do a proper job, no wonder it's going down the toilet, avoid unless you want easy task made very difficult.
