went to this post office a week before with a medium size package to be sent (was pre paid) all okay, then went back today with the same size package and got refused because it was ''to big,'' after questioning the fact I was here the prior week with the same size package just got told to leave as its too big..... just another top tier post office !

Use post office has no clue about packaging, run extremely poorly, considering it is Christmas month on a week day, zero packaging other than string and a large box, abysmal service; would no even allow me to use the scissors I could see right behind the til, judging atmosphere. Do not recommend

If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.

If you’ve signed up but aren’t using your nominated branch, it’s at that branch’s discretion whether they have enough change available to fulfil your request.
