The manners of this Asian lady is so appalling. Barely smiles and is so cold. I asked her for tad bit of tape and she made so much fuss out of it. Other times she is just so bland lacking good customer service skills. The bloke is the same in fact he is so rude. Honestly don't understand why people work in customer service when they act like this. Only used them as mine closed down. Prefer queensways. This was used for convient. I do not understand that petty judgement on how you've packed your items. Please kindly get on with doing your job and send my items off. Its on me however I packed larger items trying to return things. Really needs loveky people there. They are both so miserable
