Cashier top end is always closed! The one on the other end is rude, loud and always gossiping while there's long queues and she needs more training! Today spent 20 minutes in queue whilst she's arguing with a customer how her letters shouldn't be sent parcel force only to charge her for parcel force delivery when they were already paid for! How does this staff member not know what a scanning label looks like!?! I have been at post office before and she often needs help! usually the young girl is helping her but this was just ridiculous! I heard the girl say to say her that you're suppose to just scan the label as it's prepaid and she argued back that she didn't know! How do you not know what a label looks like!? She needs to gossip less and understand how to do her job better! No excuses to mess up something so simple

They overcharge you when you pay to post something, charged £4.50 for a small envelope when online it said it would only be £2.50 - £3 for the size dimensions entered...

Where have all the good staff gone!!!! Horrendous service! I have lived in town and used this post office all my life. However the new staff gave me 3 different prices for a large parcel, then told me I was wrong! Woman on a power trip! She was rude and tried be little me in front of other customers! Will be using the Premier post office from now on!
