Staff were dismissive, unclear, and then openly rude when I asked for clarification and tried to gaslight me. Not a one-off either - service here has been consistently unfriendly. If you face similar treatment, please report to Royal Mail / Premier / Amazon (or all).

Imagine hating people that much and going…. ‘I know what, I’ll open a post office and interact with members of the general public everyday’ 😂 needs a job out the back on his own.
