Lovely staff but they are clearly very overworked. The self service machines are a nightmare, usually requiring staff to attend making the customers who have questions for counter service irate

Nowhere near enough staff. My Evri parcel was delivered to the '"parcelshop' in the PO, Thursday lunch. It's not been scanned yet. Additionally they put a note on the door saying shut 7-2-26. Addition : i now know the reason for the closure, so I would say it's the fault of head office for not ensuring sufficient staff, as oppose to blaming a specific staff member
