- KWK W6 days ago1.0Wish I was told about recorded delivery letters being passed on to DPD. Three days that letter has been stuck at their Newcastle hub. No updates either on the tracking number. Nothing. This is not the fault of South Shields PO, but just a heads up if your letter is time sensitive. £8.99 and DPD can't get it out of the hub for three days? Guaranteed next day delivery is far superior. They've now had the letter 4 days. Contacted DPD to be told please allow more time. Day 6: still no update and still stuck at Newcastle hub. Can't speak to anyone at DPD on the phone or live chat.
