Horrible service. I wait up to 3o minutes for sterling post office. Lady on the front says me she is on the training she do not know how to do Sterling for me. Absolutley crazy after in post office website says there you can have sterling post office. Workers need a properly training . Thank you for waste my time.

use this post office for work a lot. the bloke is always spot on and helpful. I am often sending stuff to versus places so take a fair bit of time at time at the counter taking up time an always chatty and nice.

I use the post office quite a lot and i must say this one is the best, staff are very friendly and nothing is a chore for them. not forgetting Robert the post master he is a gentleman.Highly recommended

Woman who was working there today was totally rude! I sent some parcels back, after she had weighed them I remember I needed to send them Recorded Delivery. It seemed like a huge chore for her to do this and the answer I got back from her which she didn't seem to pleased about me asking was "You could have asked in the first place"...in a not very nice attitude way, I was speechless, I'm sure its your job to maybe ask in the first place?
