I would given no stars had there been an option.
Went to the post office to return an item. Was told I needed to box the items . ( the items were in their original boxes . Clearly the lady behind the counter was already on one . Tall slim dark brown hair . Wouldn’t even listen I told her to look at my phone and see the instructions . Didn’t want to know and just kept saying you need to put them in another box ? Why ??
If she had read the instructions she would see. Felt like she couldn’t be bothered.
She didn’t even greet me properly.. very rude and arrogant. This post office always has problems the staff at always very rude there is no sense of urgency. This needs to be shut down!!
People are waiting forever to be served here won’t be going here again avoid it if you can .

Staff seem friendly but service is poor. I often come in on my lunch break to collect/send parcels, which also appears to be the same time they shut the counter? This has happened at least 3 times in the past 2 weeks and it's just ridiculous - lunchtime is typically the busiest time of day for people to get tasks like this done, so I can't help but feel this is being done on purpose, or very poor planning. Either way, avoid if you can because you can't rely on this service when you need it.
