I’m so grateful for all the support I received from Stephen, who works there. He went above and beyond to help me with my passport application, which I was struggling with—thanks to him, it’s now approved! The staff are always available, always friendly, and ready to assist. And of course, the Co-op itself is a brilliant shop for picking up everyday essentials. A fantastic place to visit!

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
