They move 0 miles an hour, have no idea how to work anything or find anything. I’d be suprised if they could spell post office. Not an ounce of common sense between them stand there scratching their heads with a massive queue of people waiting. No customer service skills. It will take you over 15 mins to post a simple thing even if there is no queue. The amount of people who walk out is more than they serve. Daft, slow, and innificient.
