I've been using this post office for years since I was a child and although I've never received the best customer service from other staff members that work here too, I still went about my day. However today, I saw how kind, nice and polite she was to the woman directly after me from start to end. It was strange behaviour. I did nothing but smile/say please and thank you but from the moment I walked in, and she was hostile and rude for no reason. A bit of advice- Customers notice this small stuff no matter what their ethnicity/background is. I don't want to mention the ethnicities of all involved because it's just sad that discrimination exists. Common courtesy goes a LONG way. It is free to be kind. I don't understand why some people treat 1 person 1 way and then another a different way.

If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
