- EMEm MoodyMar 8, 20262.0Very helpful assistant each time, if misinformed, but they do NOT post over the weekends despite what their online pages state. Visited once Saturday evening and was advised to come back Sunday morning, then on Sunday morning was told they can't offer any postal service at all. Also advised the post office will be closing on 16th March 2026 for good. Bear it in mind if you use these for posting!!

- DRDorian RichardsonApr 17, 20241.0I had a special delivery that I redirected to the closest post office to myself. The branch advertises that it opens until 21:00. I got there yesterday after 5pm. They said they close at 5pm. Rather than make any issue I tried again today rather than dispute their opening hours. I arrived to collect my parcel today before 5pm to be told they closed the post office counter at 4pm. I asked how I am supposed to collect my parcel? I came as soon as I could after work. The woman working in the shop was the same as the day before and was not helpful. A royal mail collection lady came into the shop so I asked is she could help me. She directed me to a phone number shown at the post office kiosk. I called the number and waited several minutes before being told they couldn't help as this was not a Royal Mail issue but a Post Office issue. I can't collect my parcel. I got my parcel delivered to that location based on the information on opening times. I have wasted my time on two occasions now and do not have a solution to retrieve my parcel.
