Just wanted to do the passport check and send, after waiting a bit as there was only one cashier. The cashier said she can’t do it and this guy just opened the door and said “not right now, not this late”. There was an hour till closing and maybe if he helped her, we’d have been seen to. Some staff really need to work on their manners and customer service.
