I rang on Friday morning to see if my medication had been dropped off, as the post office is a collection point, the woman was rude and did not listen but confirmed it was there. I made them aware I was coming up to collect my medication but the phone was put abruptly down, i then went up after lunch on Friday afternoon and it was closed, I've just been up again and it's closed. I currently have sepsis and mobility issues.. i need my medication.. but of course they simply do not care. Thank you eaton park post office ill probably end up in a&e now.. thanks!! If you're supposed to be open, be open!! It's simply not good enough!! Additionally it's cost me almost £20 in taxi fees as well.. but of course that won't matter either. Pure incompetence!
