- CCChrisJul 17, 20261.0Went to exchange to GBP to USD, checked they had them Avaliable which they confirmed they did, asked to exchange and was told they can’t incase another customer places an online order…. 🤣 what? But I’m ordering the dollars now and they are Avaliable??? Apparently not… Then asked if I can withdraw some money. Apparently post office doesn’t support Chase, Nationwide or NatWest withdrawals 🤣 Honestly the staff have zero brain power and the general impression is that they just can’t be bothered.
- ABASH BJun 6, 20261.02 Parcels now have never left this post office or had any tracking on the receipt showing at all. Lost never left Alsager. I wont use here again I use Evri from Asda instead. Never seen such a poorly disorganised unprofessional post office as here and so many people are saying the same. It not only looks aweful it is aweful!!
