Terrible service. You go there to use the post and you find it closed randomly. They don't respect the published opening times of Royal Mail Post Office. They are supposed to be opened Saturday afternoon but you are going to waste time if you get there as you will find it always closed. The staff when is there is rude and very often on the mobile phone and you have to wait the end of the call is finished to be served. I hope some day they get better in the service because you they will surely struggle to get worst.

First of all I should be able to give ZERO STARS!!!
The moment my dad walked into this shop to use the post office was not welcoming in. Bad vibes and terrible customer services!
My dad paid for first class postage for an important documentation ( Driving license certificate).
The lady obviously wasn’t paying enough attention because she missed type/ write the house number down wrong. I don’t know how you can get number 22 mixed up with number 11, make it make sense!
I went to the property where my documentation was sent and the property owner refused it and he had every right to as no one with my name lives at his property.
I than contact the sorting post office to be told my post will either go back to where it originally came from or be sent to Belfast where it will be destroyed.
My dad went back to weeping cross post office to explain to the woman what she had done and instead of apologising for her mistakes she was dismissive, disrespectful and extremely rude. I wish my dad had recorded, the incident.
My dad been waiting for more than 15 days and my dad has not received resend of postage. My document definitely been destroyed.
My father basically paid this pathetic individual to lose my documentation.
All this run around and NO apology. The shop/ post office should be shut down and I will report it to the council.
DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE!!!!!! 😡🤬

Rude and unhelpful, constantly taking personal calls or eating whilst serving customers.
