Lady at till failed to understand a basic QR code return label l, and was completely disinterested in helping. I managed to get it sent from another post office with the same label. Lack of knowledge is one thing, but the complete lack of willingness to find out how to resolve the issue was the most frustrating.
- DTDevon TurnerDec 23, 20241.0Do not staff the post office in line with advertised opening hours therefore meaning that after 4pm delivery collection notifications are false and lead to a waste of time trying to collect a parcel that is there and has arrived but refuse to give it to you because it hasn't been booked in because apparently post office staff members just go home whenever they feel like it regardless of what opening times are supposed to be. Then to be told they're open till 3pm the next day when the website states 4pm by the co-op staff Who knows what's going on but they're good at wasting people's time.
