  I had an absolutely terrible experience. First time I’ve been to this post office and the way I was treated was appalling. I only wanted to tax my car and I had already spoken to the DVLA to make sure I take all the correct paperwork with me. When I arrived I explained to them what I needed, they said they couldn’t help and sent me away. I contacted the DVLA again and asked for help. They said I needed to go back and told me exactly what needed doing. When I went back and explained to the man behind the counter, he started raising his voice at me and eventually started yelling. He was very prejudice and thought it was okay to speak to me the way he did just because I’m a female. Their system then had an issue and wasn’t accepting my master card. I asked if I could pay with a debit card instead when he throw my paperwork back at me through the small gap at the counter and told me he didn’t have time to serve me and told me to go to another post office. The experience was quite traumatising as I had never been yelled at by a male shop keeper before. I would never ever visit this place again and please avoid at all cost. They have no respect for their customers. Just for clarity, I did go to the post office in stafford afterwards and spoke to a lady behind the counter there and she sorted it all for me in minutes. There was no problem with my paperwork or my card, they just didn’t want to help a customer which I find very disappointing!

  If I could give less stars I would. I've used this post office a few times now (my mistake) and every time I have been staff are either complaining about how busy they are, having too many parcels to sort through to find mine or complaining that I haven't come straight away, when I've been informed my parcel is available to collect, because there are too many parcels they have to sort through to find mine. The most recent occurrence is turning up to collect a parcel at 09:47 to be informed the post office is closed because the staff member is on his own and can't manage everything. It quite clearly states the Post Office is open from 09:00 but as a customer your moaned at if you turn up and they have to do their job at a time inconvenient for them. Horrendous customer service and will never be using this post office again.

  Staff are really rude and unhelpful, I had a notification that a parcel I had ordered was ready to collect, only to be told not to come the same day as the notification. Then when I returned I was told the post office was shut because the school had just finished so I had to go back again after 4pm. Such a waste of time, I’ll use a different one in future.

  This post office is absolutely useless. Most times I go in to return parcels their systems aren't working. Today I went in and they told me their systems were updating. Prime hours on a Saturday morning and they are updating their software, why on earth would you do it at that time. Ironically as I was walking to the post office I did say to myself, I bet they have IT issues and sure enough they did. The place is a joke.
