- CJC JApr 21, 20261.0Staff are really rude and unhelpful, I had a notification that a parcel I had ordered was ready to collect, only to be told not to come the same day as the notification. Then when I returned I was told the post office was shut because the school had just finished so I had to go back again after 4pm. Such a waste of time, I’ll use a different one in future.

Prime hours on a Saturday morning and they are updating their software, why on earth would you do it at that time. Ironically as I was walking to the post office I did say to myself, I bet they have IT issues and sure enough they did. The place is a joke.

- JWJ WNov 10, 20231.0Tried to return a parcel here on a number of occasions and they keep changing the closure times it’s a nightmare - I can’t return or buy a stamp because high school kids have a lunch, or it’s before school or they’ve finished For a local store this is really poor service when I went today there were 2 people in the entire shop yet there reason is ‘we get so busy with these kids’ Currently trying to change my return address to another post office to be able to return for a third time hopefully!
