This one young guy ignores customers, always on a call, we say hello and there is no answer just continues to act like we are not there. He doesn't even acknowledge anyone. When customers try to explain that he is wrong, he never listens or try to check. I sent 3 items and 1 it wasn't marked as the parcel given to post office so we tried to explain and he was really rude and he said " I have done a lot of this work, I know my job, Im right." All we did was ask him to check it. He is always unfriendly and it seems he doesn't have time for his customers. 1 week ago, I wanted to collect my parcel but he said it wasn't there although the parcel was due 2 days already and was waiting to get collected. He was too lazy and busy talking on the phone that he just decided it wasn't there. 1 hour later, I went again and someone else was there not him, and guess what? It was there. Funny, right? It definitely just randomly appeared.

I went in to send an item via Special Delivery, and they claimed they didn’t have the required mailing bags available, forcing me to purchase one myself. This is completely unacceptable for a premium service. Avoid this location if you can.
