Terrible experience, almost every time. The younger guy is okay, when he's in, however best of luck if you're faced with Royal Mail's very own 'Statler and Waldorf'. The staff member with glasses and moustache, who usually sits on the right as you walk in (that's Waldorf), needs to find alternative work, fast. Zero customer service skills. I've witnessed him losing patience with an OAP and today overheard him giving incorrect advice about a DVLA form - he just winged it. If he's behind the counter, be prepared to wait in a never-moving queue, as he bumbles through his day, making things up and confusing the world, as he goes at his own (very slow) pace.

Called in today to return a parcel , I had already run the label off, all it needed was a bit of cello tape to stick it on my parcel, omg what a rude man behind the counter telling me this was not is job although there was a tape dispenser on his side of the counter. all it needed was just two strips of tape … job done .. if the bag/ box was slightly open they would and, I’ve seen then do it use celllotape to fix the problem what is up with people … bad bad attitude from mister post office man … won’t be going there again.
