- SSS R StamfordMay 9, 20265.0I actually go well out of my way to use this post office - every time I visit the whole team are efficient, friendly, polite and hardworking, plus I can rely on them being open - unlike so many other post offices these days :o( The shop area is well-stocked too with food, stationery etc and there's just a cheerful atmosphere among the staff even when it's busy. Would give them more stars if I could !

The guy behind the desk, couldn't give a toss about it. When asked about why it was refused? He shrugged his shoulders and was snide in his remarks "maybe something to do with we had too many parcels". When is asked to speak to the manager, as I wanted to raise a complaint. He seemed perplexed and unwilling as it meant he would have to leave the counter. Don't understand the attitude, or unwillingness to assist, or help?
